Role: Zone 10 RepresentativeAttended Loonacy HPDE and Club Race at BIR with the Nord Stern region in July. Event was moved to a 2-day format to offset continued rising track rental costs.
Attended Run for the Hills 2025 multi-day drive with the Dakota region in August. This is a premier driving event in Zone 10. Attendance was strong but a bit lower due to no drivers from Canada this year.
Attended the PCA 70th celebration with the Red River region in September. This event was generously hosted by Porsche Winnipeg. This was my first visit to the Red River region and first region event that I flew to instead of driving.
Attended the Kansas City region HPDE and Club race at Ozarks International Raceway in September. Attendance at this HPDE continues to grow, but Club Racers were down from last year. The region expects to move the event back to the April timeframe in 2026 which fits better in the club race schedule.
Upcoming events I plan to attend scheduled for Q4:
Nord Stern “Checkered Flag” party in October
A number of region’s holiday parties in DecemberRespectfully submitted,

Report: Based on the trip to BIR in July, the Red River Region is interested in starting a DE program at their local track. A major roadblock for this is the lack of HPDE insurance in Canada. Thanks to Peter Spencer for the lead, I was able to track down a new program from Acera Insurance for HPDE track insurance. The cost of insurance is higher than in the US. The cost is similar for a 1-day event, but much high for 2nd and 3rd days.Helped coordinate 2025 Ozarks International Raceway Club Race discussions between Kansas City and Ozarks region. The current plan is for one club race at OIR in September of 2025.
Attended Schonesland Region Holiday Party. A speaker at his event was Ryan Pemberton who is the general manager at the new Porsche dealer opening in Des Moines in May of 2025. Building on the great relationship for this dealer network in Omaha with Great Plains, the cooperation with Schonesland is off to a great start.
Attended Central Iowa Holiday Party. With the disperse spread of this region’s members, this event is moved each year around the region. Hosted in East Dubuque, this year’s event brought in many members from Illinois part of the region.
Upcoming events I plan to attend scheduled for Q1:
Great Plains Holiday Party in January
Nord Stern Holiday Party in January
PCA Winter Meeting in Atlanta in February
Zone 10 Presidents Meeting February2024Highlights:

Supported and attended 3 of the 3 PCA Clubrace events held in Zone 10.
Attended winter national meeting.
Attended Parade.

Report: Attended Nord Stern Region Club Race at Brainerd International Raceway. Club Racer attendance was flat to last year. Last year’s grid walk on Sunday was moved to Saturday and was a success allowing members to meet and greet racers on the grid just before the first race. The Red River region held a Drive from Winnipeg to Brainerd to attend the Nord Stern club race. Greeted members as they arrived and helped them get oriented. Many members participated in parade laps and then watched the club races. This event was a great success and will be repeated in 2025.
Upcoming events I plan to attend scheduled for Q4:
Schonesland Region Holiday Party
Central Iowa Holiday PartyRespectfully submitted,
Stephen Kemp
